What a Load of Rubbish

We have been doing an inquiry called "What a Load of Rubbish" over the past few weeks.  We collected rubbish from the children's lunch boxes for one week and created our own "Harry the Rubbish Man".  We were amazed at how much rubbish we collected.  Come and have a look.

We came up with some really good reasons why we should not have so much rubbish in our lunch boxes and then we had some great ideas for reducing the amount of rubbish collected at school.

Our goal is to see if we can eliminate chippy packets altogether from school.

We tried our very best at the recent whole school Tabloid Sports day.  We thought the senior children were amazing leaders and we can't wait to be that good when we are in Year 6.  Have a look at our photo's.

Welcome to Room 12 in 2014

We will have a great year of learning, fun and friendship in Room 12 this year.
